When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and update it when needed for the correct distribution of goods for Homemade Lemonade and Apple Cider Members. Your information will be used to mail goods and email reminders about Monthly Newsletters, Updates, and Exclusive Content.

Enjoy the content and goodies that will be shared! All Members are asked to be kind and considerate to one another.

All monthly subscriptions will renew automatically. There are no hidden fees in the monthly payments. Any changes to the fees will be announced to all Members. Canceling your membership or lowering the tier support below the applicable threshold may result in losing access to membership subscription benefits, including a creator’s patron-only posts and other benefits.​

If you pay in a currency that is different from the currency associated with your payment instrument, then the financial institution associated with that payment instrument may charge you a foreign transaction fee for that payment. I am not applying this fee and have no control over it, have no knowledge of whether the fee is applied, and do not receive any of the funds from that fee.​

 The policy is not to provide refunds, including if you lose access to offerings and/or membership subscription benefits as described above, though I may allow for some exceptions where refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

You will indemnify me from all losses and liabilities, including legal fees, arising from these terms or relating to your MemberSip use. I reserve the right to exclusive control over the defense of a claim covered by this clause. If I use this right, then you will help my defense.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, I am not liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from these terms, or your use or attempted use of MemberSips. To the greatest extent permitted by law, my liability for damages is limited to the amount of money I earned through your use of MemberSips. I am specifically not liable for loss associated with unfulfilled offerings and benefits and losses caused by conflicting contractual agreements.
